This website is static and hosted without a backend contact form. Please contact Glid by email.
Do not include sensitive information unless it is necessary for your request. For account-related requests, include enough information to identify your Glid account, such as your username or Apple private relay email if applicable.
For crashes, game loading issues, performance problems, score submission issues, or other technical problems in the iOS app.
For help with guest accounts, Sign in with Apple, Firebase Authentication, usernames, or access to a registered account.
For access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or other privacy requests under applicable data protection law.
For deletion help if you cannot complete deletion in the app through Profile → Settings.
For App Store purchase, billing, or refund issues, Apple may need to handle the request directly where applicable.
Where Glid offers App Store purchases, purchases and refunds are handled by Apple where applicable. You may need to use Apple’s App Store purchase history, Apple Support, or your Apple account settings to request billing help or refunds.
