By downloading, installing, or using the App Store Statistics mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and App Store Statistics ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

App Store Statistics is an iOS application that provides data, rankings, charts, and analytics related to the Apple App Store. The App aggregates publicly available data to offer users insights into app performance, category trends, and store rankings.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of the App without our express written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or its underlying technology
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the App

The App, including its design, code, content, and data visualizations, is owned by App Store Statistics and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.

5. Data Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information. However, data displayed in the App is sourced from third-party providers and publicly available sources. We make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any data presented.

You acknowledge that App Store rankings and statistics may vary by region, device, and time, and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

The App may offer premium features via in-app purchases or subscriptions managed through Apple's App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Apple's payment terms and conditions as applicable
• Subscription fees being charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase
• Automatic renewal of subscriptions unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• No refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, App Store Statistics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
